Develop a new online store with CRM and accounting systems. It was required to migrate the current business processes of the local distributor of ESET antivirus software from a WordPress-based system to a more secure, fault-tolerant and scalable system.
We began by creating a new design based on the data obtained from users and analytics systems installed on the previous version of the store. The client approved our idea of integrating a self-hosted Bitrix version for the website with a CRM system.
During the development, integrations were built with an in-house license key generator for activating ESET products, as well as with the accounting system and deep analytics of the distributor's business processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, where our team is also engaged in design and development.
Our performance marketing department is responsible for the strategic development of advertising channels, as well as for their full support, including the crafting of ads and creatives.
As a result, the client received a powerful platform based on modern technologies with a fully automated sales system. In addition, a subscription system was developed without altering the vendor's product.
